By completing this booking, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the participant and that I give full consent for my child to take part in the MCC Kerry / Munster Abroad Training Camp Trial Day taking place at Killarney Celtic on Saturday, November 30th, 2025 (4–6PM).
I understand and agree to the following:
- Participation & Responsibility
- My child is participating voluntarily in physical training and football activities that involve movement, running, and physical contact.
- I understand that while all reasonable care and safety measures are taken by MCC Development Academy Ltd, participation is at my child’s own risk.
- I will ensure my child arrives with appropriate footwear, clothing, and hydration.
- Health & Medical Conditions
- I confirm that my child is in good health and fit to participate in football activities.
- I will inform the MCC coaching staff in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medication requirements.
- In the unlikely event of an emergency, I consent for first aid to be administered and, if necessary, for medical treatment to be sought by qualified personnel.
- Media & Photography Consent
- I give permission for photographs and/or videos of my child to be taken during the event for promotional use by Mid Cork Coaching (MCC) across websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- If I wish to withdraw this consent, I will notify MCC in writing before the event.
- Data Protection
- Personal information collected during registration will be used only for administrative, safety, and communication purposes in line with GDPR compliance.
- Data will not be shared with any third parties unrelated to MCC programs.
- Behaviour & Conduct
- I understand that participants are expected to show respect, good behaviour, and teamwork throughout the camp.
- MCC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive without refund.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to limited spaces and pre-event costs, bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by MCC.
- If weather or unforeseen circumstances force postponement, all bookings will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
